Happy Amazon customers with my first Halloween Tshirt design

Look at these delightful pics that were sent to me by my lovely Amazon.com customers that bought my "Halloween Jack-o-lantern pumpkin alien girl" T-shirt illustration design. I can't wait to draw more designs in the future but I gotta say, this first design doesn't look bad on the shirts and products!

I made a website from scratch with Html

This month I learned basic website coding skills. I made a functional website with Html and CSS code. My teacher navigated me to the right online tutorials and information. The Html textbook I am currently reading is very helpful too but it takes a while to peruse through everything. This was not my first time dabbling with Html. Back when the Myspace website was popular, I often changed my Myspace layout with Html. I have always wanted to build a website to host comic book pages that I created from my imagination. This month presented that opportunity and that's what I did. I had a special dream a long time ago, of my father and I walking in a field. For some reason, I am very young in the dream. A child. Something very random happens in that field.
I wanted to draw and build the entire story in a comic book format, and I started it, but I soon found out that refining every panel would take a long time. So I decided to make 3 pages and to have a "To be continued..." panel at the end of the image page. The 3 pages I created are the very beginning of the dream story. They are rough drafts, collages of what will be refined in the future. I have to smooth out the sceneries and redraw every line in smooth, thick, black lines. The characters need to be shaded etc. I do plan on finishing the comic book style story next year so I won't explain the entire story. You should all check back for the continuation. 😉
Building the website with Html and CSS was extremely fun. As of this moment, the teacher wants me to build a CSS parent/master page that controls the other Html pages of the website. I am following tutorials and learning as I grow in knowledge and practice. I have a friend that volunteered to host my website. You can view it here. Click. It is pretty much complete. Some people think the "title image" should be centered but I like it on the left side of the website. I am very proud of how easy it is to flip the pages with the "Previous and Next" buttons. There is also a "Select Pages" drop down menu that helps to find a specific page. I got this idea from the free read a certain manga websites you can find online when you Google a specific manga book title. The "Contact Me" page is also pretty easy to use. The icons indicate how to get ahold of me and leads you to my social networking pages if you click on their images.
